RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE 1995 -2000 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
FOR PROJECT 9517 LOS GATOS CREEK TRAIL BRIDGE AT LARK AVENUE
WHEREAS, the proposed bridge and trail (Exhibit A) will improve public
safety and is consistent with the General Plan.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, to carry out Project 9517 - Los Gatos Creek Trail
Bridge at Lark Avenue; and
WHEREAS, the 1995 -2000 CIP does not include Project 9517 - Los Gatos Creek
Trail Bridge at Lark Avenue; and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Capital Improvement Program is
hereby amended to include Project 9517 - Los Gatos Creek Trail Bridge at Lark Avenue
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of January, 1996 by the following vote:
