RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF THE PROFESSIONAL TREE CARE COMPANY
ON PROJECT 9610 - TREE PRUNING AND REMOVAL AND AUTHORIZING
THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE
AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS: on November 4, 1997, the Town Council awarded the contract for the
proposed work to The Professional Tree Care Company, and
WHEREAS: The Professional Tree Care Company has substantially completed the
project in conformance with the specifications pursuant to Council approval, and
WHEREAS: ten percent of the performance bond provided by The Professional Tree
Care Company shall remain in place for one year until January 31, 1998, to guarantee the work.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos:
A. The work on Project 9610, Tree Pruning and Removal, by The Professional Tree
Care Company is hereby accepted as complete pursuant to the specifications for the project.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice
of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 18th day of February, 1997 by the following vote.
