RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS APPROVING PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROJECT 9724 - PLAYGROUND RENOVATION AND
AUTHORIZE THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ROSS
RECREATION COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE PROJECT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO
EXCEED $32,981
WHEREAS, plans and specifications were developed by the Playground subcommittee
and Playground Companies, and
WHEREAS, bids were sought in conformance with State and Town law, and Ross
Recreation Company was the responsible bidder.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos
to approve Specifications for Project 9724 - Playground Renovation and authorize the Town
Manager to execute an agreement with Ross Recreation Company for Project 9724 -
Playground Renovation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 20th day of January, 1998 by the following vote.
