RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF FLICK ENTERPRISES, INC.
P.O. BOX GF, LOS GATOS, CA 95031
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Development Review Committee approved the final map for 17385 High Street.
2. Flick Enterprises, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the public improvements consisting
of curbs, gutters, and sidewalks as required by the final map in December, 1997 and the
development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on 17385 High Street by Flick Enterprises, Inc. is hereby accepted as
complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 2nd day of March, 1998 by the following vote.

We do hereby certify that Flick Enterprises, Inc. substantially completed the work in December, 1997.
The work generally consists of the construction of three new single family residences. In addition,
new curb, gutter, and sidewalk.
The work was completed in December, 1997, and is commonly known as 17385 High Street.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is Far West Insurance.
Bond Dated: October 29, 1997.
