RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
APPROVING 10 MINUTE PASSENGER LOADING ZONE
WITH PROPER SIGNAGE IN FRONT OF THE
SMART CLEANERS (I l MONTEBELLO WAY)
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to limit
parking to 10 minutes, to allow for the loading of passengers with proper signage, in front of the
Smart Cleaners (I 1 Montebello Way).
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos to apply
this time between the hours of 7:00 A. M. to 7:00 P. M. except Sundays and holidays.
RESOLVED, that this time limited parking resolution is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 16th day of March, 1998, by the following vote.
COUNCIL MEMBERS:
