RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE INTERIM TOWN MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH ATTEVO, INC. TO ENHANCE THE
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT PERMIT TRACKING SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the Town of Los Gatos Town Council approved the replacement of the
Community Development Department's permit tracking system on August 15, 2006; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council authorized agreements with Accela, Inc. and Attevo, Inc.
to implement the new permit tracking system; and
WHEREAS, Accela has recently released improvements to the report writing
capabilities of their Accela Automation permit tracking software; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council approved the Fiscal Year 2007 -2008 budget which
allocated $50,000 to implement enhancements to the permit tracking system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council authorizes the
Interim Town Manager to negotiate and execute an agreement with Attevo, Inc. not to exceed
$50,000 to enhance the Community Development Department permit tracking system by
implementing additional report writing capabilities and additional management reports.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 6ch day of
August, 2007, by the following vote:
