RESOLUTION 2007 -016 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL <br />OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />ACCEPTING WORK OF <br />CLASSICS AT VASONA RANCH. L.P. <br />AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br />CERTIFICATE OF ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION <br />FOR RECORDING BY THE CLERK ADMINISTRATOR <br />WHEREAS, on January 20, 2004, the Parks and Public Works Department of the Town <br />of Los Gatos issued an Encroachment Permit EN04 -052; and <br />WHEREAS, Tract No. 9521 (14561 Winchester Boulevard) has satisfactorily completed <br />the public improvements consisting of installation of one new private street with access from <br />Winchester Boulevard, reconfiguration of the Winchester Boulevard median island, installation <br />of curb ramps, storm drain tie -in at the back of the project, and restriping of Winchester <br />Boulevard in the vicinity of the project entry, as required by the approved plans; <br />WHEREAS, the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance by the <br />Town of Los Gatos; <br />WHEREAS, the work done under permit EN04 -052 is hereby accepted as complete <br />pursuant to the plans and specifications approved for the project; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Manager is authorized and <br />directed to execute the Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as (Exhibit <br />A) hereto. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Clerk Administrator is directed to transmit this <br />Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for <br />recording. <br />
