ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE
AMENDING THE RULES FOR SIGNS IN THE CM ZONE
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos hereby ORDAINS:

The Table of Sign Regulations in Section 3.38.030 of the Town Zoning Ordinance
is amended to read as follows:
"GROUND SIGNS
(limited to one per zoning plot except in the CM zone v see Note 3)"
"Note 3: Zoning plots which have a lot frontage exceeding 300 feet may have a
ground sign for each 300 feet of frontage or fraction thereof."
All other regulations shown on the table remain unchanged.

This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within 15
days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be published
once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a reg ular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos on December 6th 1982 and adopted by the
following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at a regular meeting
of the Town Council on January 3rd, 1983
