Free-StandinZ Signs. One free - standing sign shall <br />be permitted. per lot or in the case where a 'use <br />covers more than one lot only one free- standing <br />sign shall be permitted. for the multiple of lots. <br />A free - standing sign shall not exceed. a height of <br />20 feet and. an aggregate area of 100 square feet <br />counting all faces of the sign. <br />SECTION 4. <br />Section 12.12 of the Zoning Ordinance is amended to read: <br />SEC. 12.12 SIGN CONTROL. <br />Any exterior sign shall pertain only to a use conducted. <br />on the lot where the sign is located, and, shall be erected <br />as follows <br />a. Wall Signs Shall be attached flat against the <br />surface of a building, and. shall either face the <br />principal street or a parking area in the rear. <br />In the case of a corner building, a sign may face <br />that portion of the side street which is within <br />fifty (50) feet of the principal street. No sign <br />shall project above a height which is six (6) inches <br />below the coping, roof, or eave line. <br />b. Ground. Signs. One ground sign shall be permitted, <br />on any single parcel of land.. The area of a ground. <br />sign shall not exceed ten (10) square feet per sign <br />
