ORDINANCE NO. 1152 <br />ORDINANCE EXTENDING FOR FIVE MONTHS <br />INTERIM ZONING ORDINANCE PROHIBITING <br />CONVERSION OF EXISTING STRUCTURES <br />TO CONDOMINIUM. <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The effective period of Ordinance No. 1118 of the Town, as extended. <br />by Ordinance No. 1130, an interim urgency ordinance prohibiting conversion <br />of existing structures to condominium, is hereby extended for an additional <br />period. of five months, to expire October 17, 1974. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This Ordinance is adopted after notice and public hearing pursuant <br />to the provisions of Government Code Sections 65858, 65856 and 65854. <br />This Ordinance is an interim urgency ordinance adopted. under the provisions <br />of Government Code Section 65858, and the findings of fact in Ordinance <br />No. 1118 are incorporated by reference herein. This Ordinance shall take <br />effect immediately. <br />The Town Clerk of the Town of Los Gatos shall cause this Ordinance <br />to be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the <br />Los Gatos Times- Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation, <br />published, and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California, <br />at a, regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 6th dray of May, 1974, <br />by the following vote: <br />AYES: COUNCILMEN Ruth Cannon <br />Mark B.
