ORDINANCE NO, 1192 <br />AN ORDINANCE. OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE <br />NO, 88 FROM R ^1;10,000 AND R- 1:20,000 <br />TO HR, <br />The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos does ordain as <br />follows <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby <br />amended to change the zoning of the properties shown on the maps <br />which are attached hereto and are a part of this Ordinance from <br />R °1:10,000 and R- 1,20,000 to HR, <br />SECTION 2, <br />Th.e Town Clerk shall attest to the adoption of this Or- <br />dinance, This Ordinance shall be published once in the Los <br />Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circu- <br />lation, printed and published in the Town of Los Gatos within <br />fifteen (15) days of its final passage and this Ordinance shall <br />take effect thirty (30) days following its final passage. <br />The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly <br />introduced <br />at <br />a meeting <br />of the <br />Town Council <br />of the Town of <br />Los <br />Gatos he] d <br />on <br />the _,_ <br />3rd <br />m _ day of <br />March --, <br />1975. <br />m <br />
