AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING ORDINANCE 1154 CONCERNING
SCHEDULE OF FEES AND CHARGES.
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1154 is amended to read:
SECTION 1 . Pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
953, "An Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos Providing
for the Granting of Franchises for Community Antenna
Television Systems; Providing Terms and Conditions
for the Operation of such Community Antenna Television
Systems and Fees: Therefor ", the following schedule of
fees and charges is adopted.

* Commercial facilities own all equipment such
as wiring, converters, amplifiers, etc.
whereas TelePrompTer owns such equipment in
other structures.
Upon application by any subscriber who is 65 years
of age or over and who is head of a household and who
has been a subscriber for six (6) months or more
continuously, the monthly service charge for the first
television connection shall be $3.95 per month.
The installation charges include use of company-
owned converter while customer's account is active.
For new structures, the builder, developer, or
subscriber will, at no cost to TelePrompTer, provide
trenches for underground distribution and service
laterals; the prewiring of structures to receive cable
television service; necessary conduit and vaults
provided, however, that TelePrompTer shall provide the
labor necessary for installation of conduit and vaults.

TelePrompTer shall charge cable television
subscribers only those fees and charges which are in
accordance with the foregoing schedule of fees and
charges, and no increase therein may be made without
prior approval of the Town Council.
SECTION 2.
THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT and shall be in force
thirty (30) days after the date of its adoption. The Town Clerk
of the Town of Los Gatos shall cause this ordinance to be published
once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption, in the Los
Gatos Times- Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulation,
published and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance. was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos held on the 2 "d day of September ,
1975.

Gatos, California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held
