CORRECTING ORDINANCE NO. 1228
REZONING PROPERTY TO R1 :20
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
On May 5, 197;5 the Town Council heard the recommendation of
the Planning Commission in Proceeding No. Z- 75 -32, determined that
all of the land referred to in that proceeding should be rezoned
R -1 :20, on May 19, 1975 introduced, and on June 2, 1975 adopted
Ordinance No. 1228 enacting Zone Change No. 121. By error the
map published with Ordinance No. 1228 showed a portion of the land
rezoned HR.
SECTION 2.
To correct the error the Town Council hereby ordains that the
map attached hereto and which is a part of this ordinance is hereby
adopted as the correct zone for the area.
SECTION 3.
This ordinance shall take effect and shall be in force 30 days
after the date of its adoption. The Town Clerk of the Town of Los
Gatos shall cause this ordinance to be published once within 15 days
after its adoption, in the Los Gatos Times - Saratoga Observer, a
newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in the
Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the 1st day of March , 1976,
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on the
