ORDINANCE NO. 1366
ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1247
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN:
SECTION 1.
Section 3 of Ordinance 1247, adopted July 21, 1975, is amended to
include the following as an alternate to the listed plans of the official
development plan:
7. Sheet Pl (dated June 29, 1977): Illustrating the.following changes
to Phase 3:
a. Wing wall projections into required yards.
b. The revised phase boundary.
8. Sheet 1 (dated June 29, 1977): Illustrating the following change
to Phase 5:
a. Wing wall projections into required yards.
SECTION 2.
Performance standard no. 12 of Section 3 of Ordinance 1247, adopted
July 21, 1975, is amended to read:
12. The maximum height of any building in Phases 3 and 8 is 20 feet
and any building in any other phase is 35 feet.
SECTION 3.
Performance standard no. 18 is added to Section 3 of Ordinance 1247
to read:
18. Parking is permitted in the required yard adjacent to the street,
but must be at least 10 feet from the property line.

SECTION 4.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted.
Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause
it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published
and circulated in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos on August 15, 1977 , and adopted by the
following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at a regular
meeting of the Town Council on September 6, 1977
