ly' 1 <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1494 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE <br />NO. 48 PREZONING TO HR -5, HR -20 AND RC <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby amended to prezone <br />the property shown on the raps which are attached hereto a.nd are a part of this <br />ordinance to HR -5, HR -20, and RC. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. Within <br />15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause it to be <br />published once in a newspaper of general circulation published and circulated <br />in the Town. <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a regular <br />meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 16th day <br />of March , 1981. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California, <br />at a regular meeting of the Town Council, held on the 6th day <br />of April 1981, by the following vote: <br />AYES COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Marlyn J.
