ORDINANCE NO. 1493 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE ADDING <br />SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL, DOWNTOWN <br />(R -1D) ZONE <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Section 3.41.030, subsection 2, of the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Town of Los Gatos is amended to read: <br />Sec. 3.41.030 Parking Requirements <br />(2) Multiple -unit dwellings in all zones and <br />two- family dwellings in the R -lD zone <br />One and one -half times the number of living <br />units in such dwellings. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Section 3.50.110, subsection 2, of the Zoning Ordinance <br />of the Town of Los Gatos is amended to..read: <br />Seca 3.50.110 Expansion of Nonconforming Buildings <br />(2) The expansion of nonconforming multiple family <br />dwellings in the RC, HR, R -1, R -D, or R -ID zone <br />is prohibited. <br />SECTION 3. <br />Section 3.50.130, paragraph 2, of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the Town of Los Gatos is amended to read: <br />
