ORDINANCE NO. 1492 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING THE TOWN CODE. <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Sub - paragraph (s) is added to Section 27 -9 of the Town Code, to <br />read as follows: <br />Section 27 -9 CONTENTS <br />(s) The proposed division of land and airspace within the <br />subdivision. <br />SECTION 2. <br />Sub - paragraph (n) is added to Section 27 -21 of the Town Code, to <br />read as follows: <br />Section 27 -21. CONTENTS. <br />(n) The size, shape, and location of all divisions of land and <br />airspace. <br />SECTION 3. <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. <br />Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall <br />cause it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation <br />published and circulated in the Town. <br />This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town <br />Council of the Town of Los Gatos on March 2nd <br />, 1981, <br />J' <br />
