ro. <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1474 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING <br />THE ZONING ORDINANCE EFFECTING ZONE CHANGE <br />NO. FROM R- 1:10,000 TO R- 1:20,000 <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos is hereby amended to <br />change the zoning on the property shown on the map which is attached hereto <br />and is a part of this ordinance from R- 1:10,000 to R- 1:20,000. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is adopted. <br />Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted the Town Clerk shall cause <br />it to be published once in a newspaper of general circulation published <br />and circulated in the Town. <br />The foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly introduced at a <br />regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, held <br />on the 21st day of J , 1980. <br />PA S AND ADOPTED as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos, California, <br />con inue <br />at a / regular meeting of the Town Council, held on the 5th day <br />of August 1980, by the following vote: <br />AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Ruth Cannon, Peter W.
