ORDINANCE NO. 1 <br />ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE'CONCERNING SIGNS <br />THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. <br />Section 3.35.030 of the Zoning Ordinance is amended to <br />read: <br />SE 3.35.030 SHOP PING 'CENTERS <br />In a shopping center or multi - tenant building, <br />each sign shall be related to the other signs in the <br />same center or building by incorporating at least <br />four of the following six identical elements: <br />(1) Material <br />(2) Letter Style <br />(3) Color <br />(4) Illumination <br />(5) Method Used for Structural Support of <br />Attachment <br />(6) Shape of the Entire Sign and its Components.. <br />SECTION 2. <br />This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is <br />adopted. Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the <br />Town Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a newspaper of <br />general circulation published and circulated in the Town. <br />This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the <br />Town Council of the Town of Los GAtos on _ February 19 , 19 80 , <br />and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of <br />
