ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE'CONCERNING SIGNS
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.
Section 3.35.030 of the Zoning Ordinance is amended to
read:
SE 3.35.030 SHOP PING 'CENTERS
In a shopping center or multi - tenant building,
each sign shall be related to the other signs in the
same center or building by incorporating at least
four of the following six identical elements:
(1) Material
(2) Letter Style
(3) Color
(4) Illumination
(5) Method Used for Structural Support of
Attachment
(6) Shape of the Entire Sign and its Components..
SECTION 2.
This ordinance takes effect 30 days after the date it is
adopted. Within 15 days after this ordinance is adopted, the
Town Clerk shall cause it to be published once in a newspaper of
general circulation published and circulated in the Town.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the
Town Council of the Town of Los GAtos on _ February 19 , 19 80 ,
and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of
Los Gatos at a regular meeting of the Town Council on Ma:r�ch 3 ,
