ORDINANCE NO. 1 4.55 ORDINANCE OF THE T014N OF LOS GATOS AMENDING CHAPTER 27 ARTICLE V OF THE LOS GATOS TOWN CODE CONCERNING SUBDIVISIONS THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1 Sections 27 -38, 27 -40, 27 -42, 27 -48, 27 -49, 27 -51, 27 -55, 27 -65, 27 -68, 27 -69, 27 -70, 27 -71, 27 -73, 27 -74 and 27 -75 are deleted from the Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos. SECTION 2 Section 27 -37 of the Los Gatos Town Code is amended to read as follows: Section 27 -37 D'es'ign Standards -- Generally Those certain subdivision design standards which are on file in the office of the town clerk are by reference incorporated in this chapter as the subdivision design standards of the Town. SECTION 3 .Section 27 -39 of the Los Gatos Town Code is amended to read as follows: Section 27 -39 Same - Streets The design of a subdivision shall comply with the following street and highway standards as determined by the advisory agency: (a) Highways and major streets Highways and major streets shall conform to the width as adopted by the circulation element of the General Plan.
