Ord 1979 - Amending Article VIII of Chapter 15 of the Town Code relating to transportation demand managementORDINANCE 1979 ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AMENDING ARTICLE VIII OF CHAPTER 15 OF THE TOWN CODE RELATING TO TRANSPORTATION DEMAND MANAGEMENT THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I Section 15.80.010 of the Code of the Town of Los Gatos is amended to read as follows: Sec. 15.80.010. (a). Within the Town of Los Gatos, the implementation of trip reduction and travel demand requirements pursuant to Government Code Section 65089.3 shall be satisfied through the administration, implementation, and enforcement by the Bay Area Air Quality Management District of District Regulation 13, Rule 1 ( "Trip Reduction Requirements for Large Employers "). (b). The Town of Los Gatos shall certify annually to the Congestion Management Agency that this ordinance remains in effect. SECTION II Sections 15.80.015 through 15.80.055 of the Code of the Town of Los Gatos are deleted in their entirety. DRR2\0RDS\TDM0RD.M0D 1 SECTION III This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on May 2, 1994, and adopted by the following vote as an ordinance of the Town of Los Gatos at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on May 16, 1994. This ordinance takes effect 30 days after it is adopted.
