PAGE 2 <br />APRIL 19, 2010 <br />MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL <br />CHAIR AND MEMBERS OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />SUBJECT: PROJECT 09-06 -LOS GATOS LIBRARY PROJECT 411-821-2501 <br />DISCUSSION (cont'd): <br />Typically there is fee credit given when new construction includes the removal of buildings <br />contributing to the sanitary system, but in this case, because the structures were in place and <br />connected before the permit process was utilized, no record of original fees paid could <br />established and so no credit could be given by the Sanitation District to the Town. The cost for <br />connecting to the system, a treatnent plant capacity fee, permit processing fee, plan check and <br />inspection fee is $81,715.
