RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF'THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF
'SUMMERHILL BLOSSOM, LTD.
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO 'EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF .ACCEPTANCE
AND
NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Town Council approved the final rnap for Tract No. 9122 - 14734 Blossom
Hill Road on December 7, 1998.
2. Summerhill Blossom, Ltd. has satisfactorily completed the public improvements
consisting of installation of curbs, gutters, sidewalks, paving, catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm
drains, sanitary sewers, street lighting, street trees., street signs., a water ystem and fire hydrants,
as required by the final map, and the development is now ready for final approval and acceptance
by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract No. 9122 by Surnmerhill Blossom, Ltd. is hereby accepted as
complete.
B. The Town Manager is authorized.and directed to execute the Certificate of
Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A .hereto.
C. The Town Clerk is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice
of Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.
PASSED AND .ADOPTED at a regular meeting. of the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, California, held on the 20"' day of January, 2004 by the following vote.

work generally .consists of, including the construction of curbs, gutters, sidewalks; paving, catch
basins, pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary sewers, street lighting, sheet trees, street signs, a
water system and fire hydrants.
The work was completed in October 2001, and is commonly known as Tract 9122 -14734
Blossom Hill Road.
The Surety on the bond accompanying the contract/agreement is American Motorists Insurance
