RESOLUTION 2001- 31 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ATTORNEY FOR FISCAL YEAR 2001 - 2002 TOWN OF LOS GATOS LANDSCAPING AND LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICTS NO. 1 & 2 RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, California, that WHEREAS, the Town Council has determined to undertake proceedings for the levy and collection of assessments upon the parcels of land in the Town of Los Gatos Landscaping and Lighting Assessment Districts No. 1 & 2 pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972 for the construction or installation of improvements, including the maintenance or servicing, or both, thereof for the fiscal year 2001 - 2002; and WHEREAS, the public interest .and general welfare will be served by appointing an attorney for the preparation and conduct of said proceedings; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: l . That the Town Attorney be, and is hereby appointed and employed to do and perform all legal services required in the conduct of said proceedings.
