<br />RESOLUTION 2001- 34 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE. TOWN COUNCIL <br />OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />APPROVING THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />2001 SLURRY SEAL PROJECT 0106 <br />AND AUTHORIZING STAFF TO ADVERTISE THE PROJECT FOR BIDS <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications for the 2001 Slurry Seal Project have been <br />prepared by the Town Engineer and duly filed with the Town Clerlc; and <br />WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos :has reviewed said plans and <br />specifications. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Town Council hereby approves <br />the plans and specifications for the 2001 Slurry Seal Project. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED THAT the Town Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to advertise the 2001 Slurry Seal Project for bids in the manner prescribed by the Town <br />Municipal Code. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of <br />Los Gatos held on the 16<<' day of April, 2001 by the following vote: <br />COUNCIL MEMBERS <br />AYES.: Randy Attaway, Steven .Blanton, .Sandy Decl~er, 'Steve Glcl~nan, <br />Mayor Joe Przynski. <br />NAYS : None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />SIGNED: ` <br />M OR OF TH TOWN OF LOS GATOS <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA <br />ATTEST: <br />~.. <br />~V'~~v~.t..-~,~c~ <br />CLERK OF TIIE TOWN OF LO GATOS ~~~~ <br />LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA n ~~ ~~~ <br />~ ~~~ <br />
