RESOLUTION 2001- 54 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER'TO EXECUTE AMENDMENT N0.2 TO THE 1996 MEASURE B PAVEMENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAM COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WHEREAS, on October 20, 1999, the Town of Los Gatos .and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority entered into a Cooperative Agreement for 1996 Measure B Pavement Management Progi:am funds, and; WHEREAS, on February 5, 2001, Amendment No. 1 to said Cooperative Agreement was approved by Council, and; WHEREAS, Amendment No. 2 to said Cooperative Agreement, attached hereto, has been presented to t11e Town Council for its consideration and approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Amendment No. 2 to the 1996 Measure B Pavement Management Program Cooperative Agreement between the Town of Los Gatos and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is hereby .approved, .and that the Town Manager is authorized, and is hereby directed, to execute said amendment in the name and on behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
