RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
ACCEPTING WORK OF PINN BROTHERS CONSTRUCTION
AND AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
CERTIFICATE OF .ACCEPTANCE AND NOTICE OF COMPLETION
FOR RECORDING BY TOWN CLERK
WHEREAS:
1. The Town Council approved the final map for Tract 915.3 Verde Court on August 6,
1999.
2. Pinn Brothers Construction has satisfactorily completed the public improvements
consisting of necessary curbs, gutters, sidewalks, paving, catch basins, pipes, culverts, storm
drains, sanitary sewers, street lighting and street trees, streetsigns,. and a water system and fire
:hydrants as required by the final map in August, 1999, and the development is now ready for
final approval and acceptance by the Town.
RESOLVED:
A. The work on Tract 91:53 by Pinn Brothers Construction is hereby accepted as
complete.
B. The Town :Manager is authorized and directed to execute the Certificate of
.Acceptance and Notice of Completion attached as Exhibit A .hereto.
C. The Town Cleric is directed to transmit this Certificate of Acceptance and Notice of
Completion to the Recorder of Santa Clara County for recording.

Los Gatos, California, held on the 4t11 day of June, 2001 by the following vote.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.:
We do hereby certify that Pinn Brothers Construction substantially completed the work on
February 14, 2001.. The work generally consists of the construction of necessary curbs, gutters,
sidewalks, paving, catch basins ,pipes, culverts, storm drains, sanitary sewers, street lighting and
street trees, street signs, and a water system and fire hydrants. .
The work was completed on February 14, 2001, and is commonly known as Tract 9153 -Verde
Court.
The Surety on the bond accompanying:the contract/agreement is Legion Indemnity Company.
