2001-110-Establishing The Appointed Position Of Clerk AdministratorRESOLUTION 2.001-110 RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS ESTABLISHING THE APPOINTED POSITION OF CLERK ADMINISTRATOR RESOLVED,. by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of 'Santa Clara, State of California, that the at-will appointed position of Clerk .Administrator is hereby established, RESOLVED, that the duties of the Clerk Administrator position shall include, but will not :necessarily be limited to, the following: • provide administrative support for appointments to Town Commissions and Boards; • provide public counter assistance • receive and open bids; • perform duties concerning improvement district proceedings and street and easement vacations; • maintain centralized records of Town contracts, ordinances and resolutions; • receive and process appeals, set public hearings by Town Council; • process passport requests; • coordinate the delivery and processing of Conflict of Interest Statements; and • manage and supervise the support staff in the Town Clerk's Office Page 1 of 2 • perform other such related and .necessary duties required to accomplish the administrative responsibilities ofthe Clerk's Office as appropriately set forth by the Town Council.
