RESOLUTION 2001-111
RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH
CORINTHIAN .INTERNATIONAL PARKING SERVICES TO PROVIDE HOLIDAY
VALET .PARKING
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to provide a Holiday .Parlcing Program that
includes valet parking as a core part of the program; .and
WHEREAS, Corinthian International Parlcing Services submitted the most cost
effective proposal to provide this service;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS
GATOS DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: that it authorizes the Town Manager to
execute the attached Agreement (Exhibit A).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the'Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 15t'' day of October, 2001 by the following vote:
