RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION OF
EASEMENT.
On November 20, 1972 the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos adopted Resolution No. 1972-139' declaring its
intention to hear the matter of vacation of an e ase ment.
A public hearing of the matter was held December 18,
1972, on notice duly published and posted, and all evidence
offered by persons interested was heard.
RESOLVED:
1. Prom the evidence submitted the following described
easement (which is the easement described in Resolution No.
1972-139) is unnecessary far present or prospective public

Those portions of Lot 15, Tract
5133, recorded in Book 299 of Nlaps at
Page 47 in the Office of the County
Recorder of Santa Clara Cotmty, April 20,
1972, comprised of two parcels designated
"Emergency Vehicle Access".
2. All of such easement is hereby ordered vacated.
3. Upon the making of this order, title to the land
previously subject to easement reverts to the owner of the
land free from the rights of the public in the manner set
forth in Government Code section 50444.
4. The C le r]< shall have a certified copy of this
resolution recorded in the Office of the Recorder in the County
of Santa Clara.
