A RESOLllTION AUTHORIZING CONTRACT BETWEEN
LOS GATOS WOODS DEVELOPMENT CO. AND 1HE
TWdN OF LOS GATOS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF
TRACT N0. 5326
BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town
Council of the Town of Las Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of
California, that the Town of Los Gatos enter into that Contract
with LOS GATOS WOODS DEVELOPMENT CO. entitled, "CONTRACT FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF TRACT N0. 5326 ,. LOS GATOS, CALIFORNIA", a copy of
which is- annexed hereto, and that the Mayor is authorized and she
is-hereby directed to execute said Contract in the name and in
behalf of the Town of Los Gatos:
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
ofthe Town of Los Gatosheld on the 15th day of Janua ry.~ ,
