ORDINANCE NO. 614
"AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 302 OF THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS ENTITLED AN ORDINAYCE TO REGULATE THE RATES,
RULES AND PRACTICES SDP TAXICABS OPERATING IN THE TOWN OF
LOS GATOS, PRESCRIBING TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER WHICH
SUCH OPERATIONS MAY BE CONDUCTED, PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR
THE VIOLATION OF THIS ORDINANCE . NTD, REPEALING CONFLICTING
ORDINANCES"
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GA TOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS :
Section. 1. That Section. 22(g) 1. and that Section 22(g) 2, and
that Section. 22 (g) 6. of Ordinance No. 302 entitled "An Ordinance
To Regulate The Rates, Rules And Practices Of Taxicabs Operating
in The Town Of Los Gatos, Prescribing Terms And Conditions Under
Which Such Operations May Ee Conducted, Providing Penalties For
The Violation Of This Ordinance And Repealing Conflicting Ordinances",
passed and adopted by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos on
the 6th day of June, 1949, be, and the same are hereby amended to
read as follows:
Section 22 (g)
1. For the first seven-eights of one mile or fraction thereof
seventy five cuts (755 ) .
2. For each additional one-eighth of nne mile or fraction thereof
five cuts (50).
6. For waiting, five dollars ($5.00) Per hour, or fraction
thereof, of waiting time (after the first three (S) minutes).
Section 2. Ordinance No. 355 is hereby repealed.
Section S. This Ordinance small be published once in the Los Gatos
Tines-Saratoga Observer, a newspaper of general circulations printed
and Published in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance 'was duly and regularly intro-
duced at a. regular neetigng of the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos held on the 2nd day of October, 1961, and was thereafter on
the 16th day of October, 1961, at a regular meeting duly and regularly
adopted by the following vote
