WHEREAS
, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds
and deems it necessary for the public interest, health, comfort,
convenience,safety and general welfare to amend the ToiTn Ordinance
No. 276 by changing the he-r°einafter described property hereinafter
set forth in Section 1 hereof from an "R-1" residential district to
an 47 ®2" residential district; and

Section 1. That Section 4.0 of Ordinance: 276, of the
Town of Los Gatos, a sectional district map, is hereby anended in
part s0 4T?at the district and boundaries sh-,4vrn 1-hereon, 2::'!d part,i' -
cularly the following described area, to wit.
Beginning at the point of intersection of the Northeasterly
line of C;Tpress Avenue with the Southeasterly line of the
private lane midway between University and Forest Avenues;
thence along said Southeasterly lane of the private lane

corner of the lands conveyed by Maude Presher to James F.

an IIR-211 residential district, instead of an " -1'r residential district.
Section 2. This ordinance sha11 be published. once in the
LOS GATO S DATTY TIl,i~S, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the Toivn of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing ordinance was duly and regularly
introduced at a regular meeting of the Tow Council of the Town of
Los Gatos held on the day of - 1954, was thereafter
on hw" days of 103-54 t a. regular meeting duly and
regularly= adopted by 4'e following vote.
