AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 276 OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
RELATING TO ZONING.
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos finds
and deems it necessary for the public interest, health, comfort,
convenience, safety and general welfare to amend the Town Ordinance
No. 276 by changing the hereinafter described property hereinafter
set forth in Section l hereof from an "R 1" Residential district
to a "R-2" Residential district; and
WHEREAS, it appears that all of the procedural require-
meats of Section 15 of said Ordinance No. 276 have been fully com-
plied with;
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That Section 4.0 of Ordinance No. 276 of

the Town of Los Gatos, a sectional district map, is hereby amended
in part so that the district and boundaries shown thereon, and
particularly that certain portion of real property situate in the
Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California,
particularly described as follows:
That certain property on the North
East corner of North Santa,Cruz
Avenue and Williams Street having
a frontage of 142 feet on North
Santa Cruz Avenue and a death of
232 feet on William Street;
and now shown as an "R-1" Residential district on said Sectional
District Map, and being Section 4.0 of said Ordinance No. 276, is
and will be a "R-2" Residential district, instead of an "R-1"
Residential district.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be published once in the
LOS GATOS DAILY TIMES, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the Town of Los Gatos.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was duly and regularly
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of

Los Gatos held on the 16th day of June s 1952., and was
thereafter on Monday , the 23rd day of June 1952,
duly and regularly ADOPTED by the following vote:
