AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE
COMPENSATION OF THE
TOWN TREASURER
THE TO-VENT COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOINTS :
Section 1. The Town Treasurer shall receive as and
for his compensation for the period April 15, 1952, to April 30,
1952, Eighty-seven and 50/100 ($87.50) Dollars and commencing
May 1, 19522 and monthly thereafter the sum of One Hundred and
Seventy-five ($175.00) Dollars, payable at the end of each and
every month during the term of his office.
Section 2. Ordinance No. 255 in so far as it conflicts
with this Ordinance is hereby repealed.
. Section 3. This Ordinance shall be published in the
Los Gatos Daily Times, a newspaper of general circulation, pub-
lished and circulated in the Town of Los Gatos.
INTRODUCED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Los Gatos on the 7th day of January, 1952.
PASSED AND ADOPTED as an Ordinance of the Town of Los
Gatos at a regular meeting of the Town Council held on the 14th
day of January, 1952, by the following vote:
