AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF
THE TOWN TREAS. -rK
THE TC N COMiCII, OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS DOES ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS 2
Sec. 1. The Town Treasurer shall receive as and
for his compensation one per cent on all moneys received
and paid by him as such Treasurer. He may credit himself
with such per cent in his settlements with the Clerk.
Upon each quarterly statement he shall file a statement
of his account with the Clerk.
Sec. 2. This ordinance shall be published in
4;z~' '21 , a newspaper of general
circulation published and circulated in said Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the 20th day of
October, 1941, by the following vote:
