Ord 0236-PROHIBITING THE DELIVERY OF MERCHANDISE ON A PORTION OF NORTH SANTA CRUZ AVENUE BETWEEN CERTAIN HOURSORDINA11T.CE NO. 2
An ordinance prohibiting the delivery of merchandise
on a portion of North Santa Cruz Avenue between certain hours.
The Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos do ordain
as follows:
S:JCT iox%T OuTE.
It shall be unlawful for the driver or operator of
any truck, dray, or other vehicle employed in delivering
goods, wares, or merchandise therefrom to stop said
vehicle in that portion of North Santa Cruz Avenue
lying northerly of, the northerly line of West. Main
Street and southerly of the southerly line of Nicholson
Avenue prolonged easterly across said north Santa Cruz
Avenue between the hours of nine o°oclock A.1,A. and
six thirty o'clock P.11. of any day, or to deliver to any
premises or to deliver from any such truck, dray, or
other vehicle between said hours and within said limits
any goods, wares or merchandise.
SECTI iT TWO.
Any person, firm, or corporation violating any
provision of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of
a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine not to exceed $100.00, or by imprison-
ment at the County Jail not to exceed thirty days, or
by both such fine and imprisonment.

This ordinance shall be published once in the
Los Gatosai1. News.
Passed by the Town Council of the Town of Los
Gatos, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2nd day
of May, 1932, by the following vote:
