VICTORY LANE
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Loa Gatos,
:Santa Clara County, California, that the public interest and
convenience require, and that it is the intention of this Council
to acquire and construct certain improvements in and for said
Town, the general nature, location and extent of which are as
followsz
1. That the unimproved portion of Victory Lane
between Nicholson Avenue and Bean Avenue, be improved by
grading and constructing therein water -bound rock macadam
base pavement and asphalt concrete wearing surface, with
headerboards, in accordance with standard plans and speci-
fications of said Town on file in the office of the Town
Clerk.
P. The cost of Said work after contributions, will be
aseeseed upon a district benefited, the exterior boundaries oxm
which are the coterminous exterior boundary of the coraposit.e
