RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO SIGN
PROMISSORY NOTE SECURED BY DEED OF TRUST
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos, County of Santa
Clara, State of California, that the Town of Los Gatos authorizes the Town Manager to sign
a promissory note secured by deed of trust with a Town Management employee, and is
hereby directed, to execute said note in the name and in behalf of the Town of Los Gatos.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, held on the 16th day of January, 1989 by the following vote:
