RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS
COMMENDING ALLAN ORR
OF THE LOS GATOS COMMUNITY SERVICES COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Allan Orr has served the Town of Los Gatos as a commission
member of the Town's Community Services Commission since November 1988; and,
WHEREAS, during this period, he has unselfishly contributed his time,
energies and capabilities to both the Community Services Commission and the
community, and has assisted the Commission on special projects including, but
not limited to the following:
- Chair of the Grant Application Evaluation Committee;
- Vice -chair of the Neighborhood Policies and Procedures Committee:
WHEREAS, the Town Council feels that such outstanding public service
deserves special recognition;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Los Gatos Town Council does
hereby render, with genuine appreciation, its gratitude and commendation to Allan
Orr for his service to the Town and its citizens as a commission member of the
Town's Community Services Commission.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
Town of Los Gatos this 2nd day of January, 1990, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Robert L. Hamilton,
Brent N. Ventura, Mayor Thomas J. Ferrito
NAYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS NONE
ABSENT: COUNCIL MEMBERS Eric D. Carlson
