APPOINTMENT OF A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE TO THE ABAG PLAN
CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS
WHEREAS, On June 2, 1986 the Town of Los Gatos became a charter member of the
ABAG PLAN Corporation; and
WHEREAS, The Town Manager and the Assistant Town Manager were appointed as
Director and Alternate, respectively, to the ABAG PLAN Board of
Directors; and
WHEREAS, The newly created position of Finance Administrator will function as
the Town's Risk Manager
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that the Town Council hereby appoint the Finance
Administrator as the Town's Director to the ABAG PLAN Board of Directors, and the
T0wn Manager as the Alternate
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos, California, held on the 5th day of January 11987
by the following vote.
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Joanne Benjamin, Eric D. Carlson, Thomas J.
Ferrito, Robert L. Hamilton, and Mayor Brent N. Ventura
