1986-009-Authorizing The Town Manager To Execute An Extension To Public Official Liability InsuranceRESOLUTION NO. 1986 -9
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE
AN EXTENSION TO PUBLIC OFFICIAL LIABILITY INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the Town's Public Official Liability Insurance has expired as
of midnight, December 22, 1985; and
WHEREAS, the Town has not secured a replacement policy to date; and
WHEREAS, the Town's prior public official liability insurance was
written on an as- claims -made basis; and
WHEREAS, the Town desires coverage for any claims to be made after
December 22nd, based on events occurring before December 22nd,
1985;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS does hereby
authorize the Town Manager to execute an option to extend the
discovery period on the Town's Public Official Liability
Insurance which expired December 22, 1985.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS GATOS,
CALIFORNIA, at a regular meeting held this
January , 1986, by the following vote:
