A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FEE CHARGES AND POLICIES
FOR PARKING AT OAK MEADOW PARK
WHEREAS, the Los Gatos Town Council has adopted the following fees and regulations governing
the operation of the Oak Meadow Park parking lot.
A. Charge a parking fee at Oak Meadow Park on weekends starting with
the first weekend in March and ending with the last weekend in October.
B. Charge a parking fee at Oak Meadow Park on weekdays from mid -June
through mid - September of each year.
C. Senior Citizens and handicapped persons with proper identification
would be exempt from the vehicle parking fee.
D. Los Gatos residents: no parking fee, valid Drivers License,parking
sticker or card would serve as entry identification.
E. Non - Residents: parking fee $2.00
WHEREAS, implementation of policies is hereby established by resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of
Los Gatos, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Council hereby adopts
fees and policies for parking at Oak Meadow Park.
