RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR
PERMITS FOR THE STORAGE OF HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
WHEREAS, Town Code Section 35.080.060 provides that the Town Council
shall establish fees sufficient to recover the costs in administering Chapter
35 relating to storage of hazardous materials;
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
State of California, as follows:
The following fee schedule is established for permits for the stor-
age of hazardous materials:
SHORT FORM (Hazardous Materials Management Plan)

Initial Permit Fee . . . . . . . . $ 75.00
Hourly Inspection Rate . . . . . . 30.00
Annual Renewal . . . . . . . . . . 50.00
LONG FORM (Hazardous Materials Management Plan)
