RESOLUTION NO. 1983- 22
A RESOLUTION OF PRELIMINARY APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S REPORT
BONNIE LANE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
California, that
WHEREAS, on the 15th day of November, 1982s said Council did
adopt its Resolution of Intention No. 1982 -214, as amended, to acquire
and construct improvements in,said Town and did refer the proposed
acquisitions and improvements to the Director of Public Works of said
Town, the officer having charge and control of the acquisitions and
construction of public improvements in and for said Town of the kind
described therein, being a competent person employed by said Town for
that purpose and did therein direct said Director of Public Works to
make and file with the Clerk of said Town a report, in writing, all as
therein more particularly described, under and pursuant to the
Municipal Improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets and
Highways Code of the State of California;
WHEREAS, said Director of Public Works has made and filed with
the Town Clerk of said Town a report, in writing, as called for in said
Resolution of Intention, as amended, and under and pursuant to said
Act, which report has been presented to this Council for consideration;
and
WHEREAS, said Council has duly considered said report and each
and every part thereof, and finds that each and every part of said
report is sufficient, and that neither said report, nor any part thereof
requires or should be modified in any respect;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the plans and specifications for the proposed
improvements to be made, contained in said report, be, and they are
hereby, preliminarily approved.
2. That the Engineer's estimate of the itemized and total cost
and expenses of said acquisitions and improvements and of the incidental
expenses in connection therewith, contained in said report, be, and it
is hereby, preliminarily approved.
3. That the diagram showing the assessment district referred to
and described in said Resolution of Intention, as amended, and also the
boundaries and dimensions of the respective subdivisions of land within
said assessment district as the same existed at the time of the passage
of said Resolution of Intention, as amended, each of which subdivisions
has been given a separate number upon said diagram, as contained in
said report, be, and it is hereby, preliminarily approved.
4. That the proposed assessments upon the several subdivisions
of land in said assessment district in proportion to the estimated
benefits to be received by such subdivisions, respectively, from said
acquisitions and improvements and of the incidental expenses thereof,
as contained in said report, be, and they are hereby, preliminarily
approved.
5. That the maps and descriptions of the lands and easements to
be acquired, as contained in said report, be, and the same are hereby,
preliminarily approved.

6. That said report shall stand as the Engineer's Report for
the purposes of ail subsequent proceedings had pursuant to said
Resolution of Intention, as amended.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and
regularly adopted at a regular meeting of the Town Council of the Town
of Los Gatos, California, held on the 17th day of January, 1983, by the
following vote-
