A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER
TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
THE COUNTY EMPLOYEE RELATIONS SERVICE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Los Gatos,
County of Santa Clara, State of California, that the Town Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to negotiate and execute a contract
with the County Employee Relations Service to conduct a Classification
and Pay Study for those classifications represented by the Town
Employees Association.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Los Gatos held this 4th day of January ,
1982, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCIL MEMBERS Thomas J. Ferrite, Marlyn
J. Rasmussen Brent N. Ventura and Peter
W. Siemens
NOES: COUNCIL MEMBERS None
