RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF LOS GATOS APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
FOR WHEELCHAIR RAMPS, PHASE II PROJECT 264- H.C.D.P_.
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the Town Council of the
Town of Los Gatos to construct wheelchair ramps in various loca-
tions in the Town of Los Gatos, and more specifically on North
Santa Cruz Avenue from Thurston Street to Blossom Hill Road; and
WHEREAS, the Town Engineer has nr.esented Plans and Specifi-
cations for the construction of the above ramps.
RESOLVED, that these Plans and Specifications entitled,
"TOWN OF LOS GATOS SPECIFICATIONS FOR WHEELCHAIR RAMPS, PHASE II,
PROJECT 264- H.C.D.A. ", dated December 28, 1981, on file in the
Office of the Town Clerk, are hereby approved; and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Town Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to advertise, as required by law, for the receipt of
sealed bids or proposals for the doing of the work specified in
the aforesaid Plans and Specifications, which said advertisement
shall be substantially in accordance with the Notice to Bidders,
attached hereto and made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a reeular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Los Gatos held on the t,i;n day of
January 1982 , by the following vote:
