•LGMIP notified the Town they would not continue managing the
concert series
•After Council direction, staff issued an RFP
January 2018:
•Staff continued RFP promotion and outreach
•On Jan. 24 the RFP closed with no submissions

•Does the Council want Town staff to fully organize and implement
a summer concert series in 2018?
Funding Considerations
•Maintain a sponsor based business model to fund the concert
series
•Requires Council approval per Solicitation & Donation Policy
•Identify Town funds to support the costs of the concert series
•Staff estimates hard costs to be at or above $70,000
If yes, staff is seeking Council direction on funding options
