This is to inform you that I have been the owner of 22 South Santa Cruz Avenue
(Property) since September 26, 1997. Since my purchase of the property over 18 years
ago I have occupied the entire 2 ,000 square feet of the second floor as my corporate
office. I have always had there (3) employees plus myself for a total of 4 occupants . My
hours of operation have always been from 9:00AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
My office is closed on weekends and all State and Fede ral ho lidays.
