Sept. 1 TC Meeting
Council directed staff to return with
several retail -related items, including
Formula Retail.
Oct. 6 TC Meeting
Council discussed amending the
Formula Retail definition.
Jan. 13 PC Meeting
Planning Commission discussed and
voted to recommend the proposed
amendments.
• Accept the Planning Commission's recommendation to amend the
definition of Formula Retail to include the language in Attachment 4.
• Accept the Planning Commission's recommendation to amend the
definition of a Formula Retail Business with additional amendments to
the definition.
• Do not accept the Planning Commission's recommendation and make no
changes to the current definition of a Formula Retail Business.
Council may also consider additional amendments
regarding how the formula retail provisions are applied,
and the process for a formula retailer to obtain a CUP.
